Communications Protocol
Jupiter 7 is a working maker shop, and the Captain is frequently out in the field somewhere. Communications may be limited. He could be running a laser, soldering a board, working on a spacecraft, tending bees, fixing something that probably shouldn’t have broken, or simply somewhere beyond reliable communications range.
Responses may take a little time, but every transmission will be reviewed once the Captain makes it back to Mission Control.
